JOB SUMMARY:
This position will design and deliver innovative solutions for clients based on existing packages. Your role is to facilitate solution development activities across a range of clients and industry sectors.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Your specific project responsibilities include: Work with client to understand their requirements and design best practice solutions. Understand and advise clients on how enhanced solutions such as Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), E-Sourcing and Supply Network Collaboration (SNC) can deliver value. Partner with clients in all aspects of a SAP implementation and help users to adjust to new ways of working. Provide advisory support in helping our clients meet their important business/ financial objectives. Work on complex systems and application integration projects for clients. Be involved from the concept stage of analyzing existing processes and designing, through to delivering and integrating the solutions. Collaborate with project teams made up of people with diverse and complementary skills. Your daily responsibilities will vary by project, but you may find yourself: Analyzing and documenting current business processes and technologies. Designing and testing new business processes, capabilities, and technologies. Building portions of the application. Focusing on program management. Other tasks, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals who meet the following criteria: Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment. Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. High School Diploma/GED. At least 1 years experience in SAP. At least 1 year experience in 1 full SAP lifecycle.
HOURS:
Full-time
Training begins with extensive on-boarding designed to prepare new hires for their first assignment and to familiarize them with the firm. Monthly training meetings offer opportunities to learn about key topics such as “Service Provider Intelligence,” “Organizational Re-engineering,” benchmarking studies, client case studies and more.
