A Day in the Life of--- A Banking Co-Manager serves as the sales and operations leader expert for our In-Store teams! As the sales leader your daily responsibility will include uncovering new business throughout the aisles, following up on potential leads, cold-calling, assisting and educating customers, etc. As an operations leader you will be the main wealth of knowledge for training the Branch on new systems, policies and procedures. Though sales and operations is a main priority for this role, you will find that mentoring your peers is the greatest reward! Rewards and Benefits Pay:Competitive base salary - a minimum of$40,000, this does not include our competitive incentive program, which is modeled at providing an additional 20% extra income each year when goals are achieved, with the potential to earn more incentive as goals are exceeded.
