Things Remembereds Fulfillment Center in North Jackson, Ohio is seeking a Seasonal Recruiter to deliver results for fall hiring. This position is responsible for supporting the Fulfillment Center in recruiting efforts and hiring the best candidates for open positions. This will be accomplished by administering the Recruiting Strategy of the FC Fall Staffing Plan.Implement Recruiting Strategy to source, identify and recruit quality candidates for open anize and hold onsite and offsite recruiting events.Ensure the timely and quality hiring for positions in accordance with our process. Schedule and maintain candidate status through our process : pre:employment testing, interviewing process, training and orientation scheduling, and position offer.Deliver new hire orientation.Manage and maintain recruiting reports and metrics. Execute recruiting marketing plan.
