Liberty Ohio property Management Company that owns/operates 4 apartment communities in the surrounding Youngstown areas is looking to hire an energetic, motivated, and professional to join our team! Must have the ability to learn things quickly, be outgoing in nature, possess personal self- confidence, salesmanship, have ability to learn the apartment leasing and operations have strong organizational skills and enjoy being a team player.
Primary responsibilities are: selling apartments to new prospects at locations in Niles and Vienna Ohio, do some outside sales to local businesses, shop the competition, assist with resident retention events, process service requests for current residents and assist the manager with daily assignments. Some management experience would be a plus. Competitive base wages for those that can help make a difference by renting apartments and become a positive team player for Universal Development.
